Q. How many washes will the underwear last?

A. The lifespan of TENCEL™ underwear largely depends on how well you care for it, TENCEL™ fabric can last between 50 to 100 washes or even longer.

Avoid using hot water, harsh detergents and fabric softeners. With proper care, TENCEL™ underwear can last up to 2–3 years (or even more), depending on the frequency of use and maintenance.

Q. Is TENCEL™ underwear suitable for sensitive skin?

A. Yes, TENCEL™ is an excellent choice for women with sensitive skin. Its natural fibres are smooth and gentle, reducing the risk of irritation. Additionally, Tencel's moisture-wicking and hypoallergenic properties help keep the skin dry and free from allergens, making it ideal for those prone to rashes or discomfort.

Q. Does TENCEL™ shrink in the wash?

A. To ensure TENCEL™ fabric doesn't shrink in the wash, we recommend washing in a net bag on a cool, 30 degree wash or by hand. Dry flat and avoid tumble drying.

A. TENCEL™ fabric is known for its good dimensional stability, meaning it generally maintains its shape well over time and is less prone to significant stretching compared to some other fabrics, especially natural fibres like cotton. However, like any material, TENCEL™ can experience some degree of stretch over time, especially with repeated wear and use.

Q. Will the colours run?

A. With bright dyes, there may be colour rub when new. With wash and wear the colour may fade subtly overtime. Hand or cool washing will help preserve the vibrancy of bright colours.
